Exchange Eligibility

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and unwashed.
• Original tags and packaging are intact.
• The item is not damaged by the customer.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

• Wrong product received.
• Manufacturing defect.
• Damaged item received.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted products.
• Customized products.
• Products without original tags.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and product images.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after successful quality inspection of the returned item.
